What We Do
Restaurant Research generates independent, organized and refined benchmarking data sourced from our extensive network of industry players and public docs. Our focus on the larger chains is appropriate for any player in the restaurant space as these concepts are always the ones to beat.
We are successful if a client's investment in our research generates a substantial payback which they can measure in terms of multiples of their initial outlay. To this end, a RR subscription benefits our clients by: (1) saving them labor costs by reducing their time to gather & organize industry data for themselves, and/or (2) providing them with added insight from our proprietary data sets that can boost their investment returns. We believe RR helps clients minimize their risk of making decisions with incomplete information (which can be extremely costly).
Profiting the Industry
We also seek to profit the entire industry by: (1) creating defacto standards with our benchmarking data in a business marked by very fragmented and incomplete information sources - adding liquidity to restaurant finance and unit level M&A, and (2) establishing and promoting best practices which benefit both operators and brand managers while bolstering overall industry health for the advantage of all players.
